1. General Information

  • I am an independent artist specializing in artwork based on How to Train Your Dragon for now.

  • All commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless agreed upon otherwise.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

  • These terms are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Copyright & Usage

  • As the artist, I retain full rights and ownership over the artwork, including but not limited to sharing it on my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials.

The commissioner may:

  • Use the artwork for personal purposes (e.g., profile pictures, wallpapers, printing for personal display).

  • Post it on social media with proper credit (linking to my profile).

The commissioner may not:

  • Claim the artwork as their own.

  • Edit, trace, or modify the artwork without my consent.

  • Use the artwork for commercial purposes (including merchandise, NFTs, AI training, etc.) unless explicitly agreed upon.

  • Remove my signature or watermark.

3. Payment & Refunds

  • Payments are accepted via PayPal only and must be made before work begins OR if the customer insists after the sketch is done.

  • Prices may vary depending on complexity, details, and requested deadlines.

Refund Policy:

  • Full Refund: If I have not started the artwork.

  • Partial Refund: If the artwork is in progress but not completed.

  • No Refund: Once the final piece has been delivered.

4. Process & Delivery

  • Once payment is received, I will provide a rough sketch for approval.

  • Turnaround time varies but typically takes around a few weeks.

  • Final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution digital file (PNG or JPEG).

5. Prohibited Content

  • NSFW or explicit content.

  • Hateful, discriminatory, or offensive themes.

  • Heavy gore or disturbing imagery.

  • Designs outside of my current artistic focus (HTTYD dragons).

6. Contact & Agreement

  • All communication regarding commissions must be done via Discord OR instagram.

  • By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
